GOST 2708-75: 9,184 values from табличної бази, not independently checked against the original standard. Use the top-end diameter without bark. Not all size combinations exist. Exact values take priority; otherwise interpolation uses adjacent 0.5 m marks only when both exist. Item volumes are rounded to 0.001 m³.

? FAQ

How does the calculation work?

Choose GOST or ISO, enter the length and comma-separated diameters. Each number is one log. Quantity defaults to 1.

What ranges does ISO support?

Ø 4–44 cm: 0.5–15 m. Ø 45–79 cm: 0.5–7.5 m. Linear interpolation is used between table lengths. Source: табличної бази; the original ISO document was not independently verified.

Can I calculate different lengths?

Yes. Add a batch for each length. For boards, also separate batches by thickness.

How do I save a batch or PDF?

Save creates a record in this browser. Print / PDF opens the system print dialog with a Save as PDF option. There is no cloud sync.

How do I calculate board volume?

Length in metres × thickness in millimetres / 1000 × width in centimetres / 100. Separate widths with commas and use a dot for decimals.

A practical tool for your timber batches

Calculate in three steps

  1. Enter the log length for the batch.
  2. Separate diameters with commas. Each number is one log; leave quantity at 1.
  3. Add other lengths if needed, then select Calculate.

Example: 20, 26, 20 means three logs. Quantity 2 means six logs.
